Cultural Competence: 21st Century Skills for Engaging with Colleagues and Stakeholders
Hiding big parts of who you are is a common response to external bias and unwanted stereotypes. The problem is, this can put you constantly on guard and make you feel disconnected from the group. It also hides your true value from team members and the organization. Through this interactive workshop, you’ll uncover some of the assumptions behind this behavior and learn about methods for expressing authenticity at work. You’ll emerge from this experience with the tools and confidence to express your true self at work.
