This 6 hour/session course is designed to provide you with the essentials of being an excellent presenter of fact during a trial whether in a normal courtroom or a hybrid courtroom. Whether the facts are videos, audios, images, depositions - whatever the data - being able to present the evidence in a compelling, efficient and professional manner can win your case.

TrialDirector is a primary presentation tool for paralegals and attorneys who wish to make a dynamic and efficient presentation of the facts of any case. We will also explore using PowerPoint as an alternative in certain cases.

During the sessions, we will provide you with an opportunity to engage in discussion about the features and the video how-to-do-it presentations.

You will also learn the best practices regarding how to import the evidence into the TrialDirector software and be told how to avoid the 'gotchas' that could make your work with TrialDirector a disaster!

Though it will be discussed throughout, in one session we will concentrate on the best ways to collaborate in preparing for trial in a hybrid law office when some must work from home or remote locations.
