Building Leadership Culture
Organizations aspiring to build a “Leadership Culture” have deployed OAAs “Five Qualities of a Leadership Culture” to engage all members in the dialogue of how to foster more leadership, psychological safety, and Leadership Density (more people sharing the responsibility for the organization's growth and success.)
Who should attend?
Intended Audience
Organizations looking for a group mobilization experience that challenges unproductive behavior, models shared vision and engages the organization top to bottom in the development of a high performing organization. This process has worked with organizations of varying sizes and sectors.
Training content
The participants are asked to respond to a series of items, the five qualities themselves, and then vote according to their individual experience of each item. The results are posted immediately in the room for all to see.
A discussion of the findings, interpretations about how such a variety of experiences can co-exist, and some early ideas about prioritizing them items ensues. By the end of the first session, a first take on which quality if it were to be improved, would have the greatest impact.
This is a great approach for building inclusion and engagement across the organization.
