Generational Diversity Training
Our generational diversity training workshop focuses on cultural factors that have shaped generations and how to move beyond unconscious bias that we connect between age and all the other things.
Are generational differences real or just stereotypes? Behind our age and experiences, do we all want the same things for the workplace? Or are we really that far apart on generational preferences, work styles, and values? In a time when OK Boomer is 'a thing' and it's cool to bad mouth Millennialsour generational diversity workshops aim to move the conversation beyond assumptions about age.
Generational differences are shaped by cultural factors, experiences, and individual values that may change throughout various life stages. Research tells us that regardless of our age, most of us want a happy, inclusive, rewarding work environment where we can thrive and feel valued for our contributions.
Course delivery details
One-on-one coaching
Our coaching option curates an individual learning session designed to improve workplace communication and sensitivity. Our diversity and inclusion facilitators work with individual organization employees to deliver personalized content on respectful workplace strategies.
Coaching sessions begin at 2 hours and can be delivered on-site at the organization or virtually. A feedback report is also delivered to the organization to outline individual action items and content covered.
Self-paced Online Courses
Our online course options run one hour or less and cover a broad range of diversity and inclusion topics. Courses are self-paced and deliver an emailed certificate upon successful completion. The current course catalog includes courses on sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion, communication, and inclusive leadership.
