As a Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner, you’ll have the power to create a culture of teamwork that elevates the entire organization to drive results.
This two-week course combines virtual, instructor-led sessions with self-directed online learning, and upon successful completion of the exam, you will earn the credential of Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner.

Who should attend?
- Participants are required to own an Everything DiSC on Catalyst facilitation kit, as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. In addition to the kit, learners also must:
- Commited to two weeks of self-guided online work, and attend all four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.
- Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules, and the course project on time.
- Earn a passing score on the Everything DiSC certification final exam.
- Have access to internet and a computer.

Upon successful completion of the course work (including a score of 80% or above on the final Certification exam), participants will earn the credential of The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner— signaling proven competence in shaping engaged, cohesive, and high-performing teams—and knowledgeable in the language of The Five Behaviors.
The Five Behaviors now offers SHRM credential-holdersthe opportunity to earn 20 professional developmentcredits (PDCs) from the Society for Human ResourceManagement when they complete The Five BehaviorsPractitioner Certification.
