  • How to prepare managers to lead a team they’ve never met face-to-face
  • How to utilize communication and feedback to ensure all team members are accountable, responsive and actively working to support the team and its goals
  • Identify options for addressing conflicts, solving problems, and building consensus

In between sessions, teams will apply what they have learned to build agreements and processes that keep the team informed, engaged and establish new levels of trust and connection.
