Trainer Mastery
Trainers within companies usually have the critical job of ensuring learning takes place and skills are applied back on the job. Often, line managers must conduct on-the-job training as well. This program gives the trainer the skills to train well.
This program is available as a two- or three-day program depending upon the experience of participants.

Who should attend?
This program is ideal for internal technical trainers, HR Managers who deliver training, facilitators and line-managers who need to deliver on-the-job training. It is also useful to level-set skills for large-scale initiatives that will involve multiple external contract trainers.
Training content
This program is a practice-based workshop with targeted feedback from peers and facilitators. Those attending learn how to:
- Use an adult learning process to ensure participants are engaged and master skills.
- Implement and master five formats used in training to create and deliver training that sticks including interactive presenting, conducting live demonstrations, setting up and debriefing activities and practice and providing skill coaching and feedback.
- Intervene when participants are having difficulty or giving resistance.
