Advantage is not having to travel. The convenience of virtual learning is beneficial for me. The strengths are the personality and knowledge from Mike. He is very personable and knowledge on GFSI and FSMA regulations. I will re-evaluate our food safety plan with our current CCP and PC's since some might be able to be "downgraded."
