Team Leader Assimilation - Essential Training for Leadership Teams

Successful team leaders must start as they mean to go on. Get a new leader or team off to a running start with this powerful Team Leader Assimilation workshop from Sherpa Coaching. 

During the half-day workshop, newly promoted or incoming executives will work together with their teams to understand expectations, develop working relationships and get great results from the start.

The program focuses on communication styles, helping both the leader and team set common terms on values, cooperation and action plans for improved teamwork. Significant progress can be made in a short amount of time, providing everyone is open to sharing on a personal level.

Training Content

The workshop takes the following outline:

  • Prior to the session, the leader and the team work through the DiSC assessment. 
  • Leader and team work separately to arrive at key issues, and reconvene to discuss them.
  • Communication needs are assessed in groups and task forces are created to come up with sustainable action plans and accountability models.
