Course description
Gain knowledge and skills in communication. This program will help your team with an increased understanding of the importance of good communications in projects and provide an enhanced self-awareness of individual levels of communications intelligence and areas of improvement.
You will get to practical skills in the areas of:
o Email
o Presentations
o Meeting facilitation
o The very changed world of video conference-based meetings
Each student will receive a signed copy of the book “How to Facilitate Productive Project Planning Meetings.”

- Communication barriers: what gets in the way when you have important knowledge to share? Learn how to get those barriers pushed aside
- Communication styles: what works best in particular situations? Learn how to adapt to the communications context in which you work.
- Oral and written skills
- o Facilitation
- o Email
- Presentation skills: learn by doing
- Meeting management: discussion and exercises
Costs
This course is provided virtually over Zoom over two three-hour sessions.
Pricing is $5,000.00 per class iteration for up to 20 students.
