This is a great program to get leaders to start thinking like a leader should think. Whether you are a senior leader executive who needs a reminder or a first time leader that could use a great playbook, this program is for you. Everyone has the potential to be a leader and this program can teach you what that means.

It gives you a great set of tools to be an effective leader and build trust within a team or organization. The experience is great and learning from a distinguished group of leaders is better than anything you will get in any other type of training.

We've all had leadership development courses, or MBA classes, but TLDG actually introduces new concepts and techniques that are proven. You cannot find, anywhere, in the world, instructors who are more qualified to deliver this material. Awesome!

It prepares and reinforces best practice leadership behavior with real life examples and tools and techniques that can be applied immediately to affect an organization. Participants are challenged to go outside their comfort zone in order to grow and learn.

Not being military I was unsure how this program would relate to me. I am overwhelmed by the quality of the speakers and material I have been exposed to. A great experience. Very enlightening, not just for tools to implement but also an opportunity to reflect on your own personal leadership and how to build / enhance your style going forward.

Created a framework for the only advantage in a uncertain world, leadership. If you think you have it all figured out, this course is for you. If you have no idea where to start, this course is for you.

An amazing opportunity to deep dive into their personal leadership strategies. The "clout" of the TLDG staff only makes being involved in the training program a privilege. This is not only a professional development opportunity, but personal as well.

You will make amazing connections, learn from brilliant leaders in a safe setting. I highly recommend the women's only open enrollment. It gives you a chance to be your authentic self without having the usual stereotype thinking going on.

I met some amazing women who inspired me and learned a lot about myself and communicating with others. The most valuable and influential thing I took was to create a leadership philosophy. It sets in stone ones values, creates accountability and lets others know what to expect from you.

You are challenged to be introspective and realistic about your personal leadership style, and that of your organization. The instructors and presentations are extremely well thought out and impressive. It was an honor to be enrolled in TLDG. Be open to everything you hear and come across.

Inspiring. You can't un-know what you learn - it changes you and your perspective. It will make you see things differently. Leadership walking the walk.

It was life changing and transformational. I feel I've learned tools to be a strong leader, resilient, optimistic, clear. I feel I can help and serve others to be better - both personally and professionally.
