Situational Leadership® Public Workshop

In-person certification workshops are three-day, public events designed for trainers from various organizations to become certified in our course offerings. Facilitated globally by our Certified Master Trainers, attendees take a deep dive into course content and are provided with opportunities to learn from their peers, as well as the course trainer. The focus of certification workshops, also known as “Train the Trainers,” is facilitation and content mastery.

Training content

  • Day 1: Trainers experience the one-day program as participants
  • Day 2: Trainers are led through the Leader’s Guide and learn to effectively and accurately deliver the course content
  • Day 3: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer
