Leadership is getting things done through people – a simple definition for an often complicated process. Supervisors and managers who are responsible for the results of other people are leaders and are the foundation of any company’s success.

The Daedalus Group helps those supervisors and managers become more effective leaders leading more productive teams.

The most common problem in any organization is ineffective leadership. If you hear yourself asking "Why do they…?" or "How did that happen?" or "Why can't we be better at…?" then your supervisors and managers probably need improved leadership skills. It's not their fault.

Leading other people is a new and different challenge for most people for which they need to develop a new skill set. That’s where we can help. Our principles have more than 80 years of experience leading teams and training leaders.

We take a realistic, uncomplicated approach to leadership development. By combining military, corporate, and non-profit leadership experience, we can introduce tools, tips, and techniques, then help leaders at all levels of the organization understand how to apply those tools in their own unique situations. Although we continue studying leadership theories and ideas, we never present anything that we don’t know, from our own experience, will result in more effective leaders leading more productive teams.

The Daedalus Group is a veteran owned business and some of our courses are eligible for professional development credit from the Project Management Institute and the National Business Aviation Association.
