The Physician Leadership and Management Certificate program will provide you with practical information to help you lead and succeed in the practice of medicine and navigate the complex U.S. healthcare industry.
Training content
You will learn from recent case studies as well as interactive and group work. Courses are taught by instructors from UHCL’s Healthcare Administration Program and content experts.

Course delivery details
This is a hybrid program consisting of approximately 65% face-to-face and 35% asynchronous online classes. Classes are held at the UHCL campus in The Medical Center. The meetings take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Costs
The eegistration fee is $2,500 (USD). Lectures and and parking are included in the fee.
Certification / Credits
Those who complete the 81-hour program will receive the Physician Leadership and Management Certificate from University of Houston-Clear Lake and will also receive partial credit towards completion of the Certified Physician Executive designation.
