Team Up for Innovation - The Workshop

Senior Account Manager
I shared with my team what I learned in the workshop. When there’s an issue, we’re looking for innovative new ways of doing things, without staying settled and comfortable in the old ways. The relationship between team members and myself has improved, and our client is seeing many good recommendations.
Senior Account Manager
Before this workshop, when we’d get inquiries about a new project area for us, we’d think “we can’t do that.” Now, even if we don’t have the resident knowledge, we believe we can try to build that knowledge, and we may get the project. We know we can take on new areas and grow our expertise.
