At the end of the course we did a personal resilience questionnaire. I really appreciate topics that create self awareness because in order for leaders to effectively understand and modify the behavior of the employees they first need to understand themselves.

The opportunity to learn concepts in groups at our table was helpful. The theory refresh in the morning by asking groups to question other groups was very inventive and both of you engaged with everyone really well.

I am happy to recommend Whiteboard Consulting Group. I participated in the Process of Coaching course and have referred to what I learned on a number of occasions. The great takeaway of "kindness and curiosity" as a starting point for difficult conversations has been a go to. I have used it frequently to diffuse stressful situations.

I found the reflection sections throughout the day to be the most useful tool. Having the opportunity to evaluate and really take the time to jot down why management maybe the path for me, or what important strengths I have when leading a team, was really valuable to me.
