The Process of Coaching

Learn the invaluable skill of coaching to help develop employee relationships give positive feedback, optimize performance, motivate and inspire employees, and to give critical feedback. This skill is essential to helping leaders build trusting relationships as they find and optimize “coachable moments” every day (and not just at performance management time). This course uses experiential learning to assist learners to grasp the content and practice the tools in a safe environment.
